Glen Andersen

Glen Andersen serves as the Geotechnical Engineering Discipline Leader at CDM Smith since October 2022. With extensive experience in geotechnical engineering, Glen has held various senior roles including Principal Engineer at Wood Environment & Infrastructure Solutions, Inc., where responsibilities encompassed technical oversight, mentoring, and geotechnical program management. Additionally, Glen has been a Committee Member of the Civil Engineering Exam Committee for NCEES since 2001. Prior positions include leadership roles at Ardaman & Associates, Eustis Engineering L.L.C., AMEC Environment & Infrastructure UK Limited, URS Corporation, Optimum Resource Engineering, Kleinfelder, and BBCM Engineering. Educational qualifications include a ScD in Geotechnical Engineering and an MS in Civil Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, along with a BS in Civil Engineering from Brigham Young University.
