Hala Z. Titus

Hala Titus is the North America Unit President and Senior Vice President & President for CDM Smith Canada, with experience as a Director for the West Pacific Region since joining the company in October 2014. Prior to this role, Hala Titus served as an Associate Vice President and Project Director at Black & Veatch from March 2001 to October 2014. Hala Titus holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Alexandria University, obtained between 1981 and 1986.
