Jenn Johnson is an experienced Environmental Engineer currently employed at CDM Smith since April 2022. Previously served as a Reclamation Engineer at the State of New Mexico Mining and Minerals Division from March 2019 to March 2022, where responsibilities included creating and reviewing reclamation cost estimates, leading permitting for multiple hard rock mines, and conducting reclamation inspections. Prior experience includes internships at Peabody Energy and the New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology, where Jenn focused on environmental assessments, data collection, and safety inspections. Jenn holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Engineering from the New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology, completed in December 2018, and has held various leadership roles in student government, managing budgets and coordinating community engagement events.
