Josh Rich

Josh Rich, PE, PMP is an experienced Project Manager with a robust background in engineering and project management across multiple sectors, including chemical manufacturing and petroleum refining. Currently, Josh is managing a $15 million capital project for CDM Smith in Windsor, Ontario, and previously served as a Senior Project Manager at BASF, overseeing significant projects in the Engineered Coatings division. With a career spanning over 15 years, Josh has held key roles at Marathon Petroleum Corporation, Oxy, and Marathon Oil Company, where responsibilities included managing engineering and construction projects, optimizing project management processes, and leading teams in both onshore and offshore environments. Josh holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology.
