Kristi L. Fischer

Kristi L. Fischer, MCR, currently serves as Senior Manager of Corporate Real Estate at CDM Smith Inc. since October 2011, following a tenure as Senior Real Estate/Facilities Planning Manager within the same company. Prior to CDM Smith, Kristi worked as a Lease Analyst in Real Estate Portfolio Management at Fresenius Medical Care of North America from November 2009 to October 2011, and as a Lease Administrator at W/S Development from June 2008 to November 2009. Kristi began the career as a Paralegal at Mount Snow, Ltd. in 2008. Educational qualifications include a Master of Corporate Real Estate (MCR) from CoreNet Global (2015-2017), a Certificate in Commercial Real Estate from Boston University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Interpersonal Communication from the University of Massachusetts Amherst (1986-1990).
