Laura Iglesias

Laura Iglesias is a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience in international development and business development. Since July 1999, Laura has held various leadership positions at CDM Smith, including Vice President and Client Service Leader for the International Development Group, where responsibilities encompass managing business development activities for regions such as Asia and Sub-Saharan Africa, and overseeing relationships with major donors like USAID and MCC. Previous roles at CDM Smith include Client Service Leader and Marketing/Proposal Manager, focusing on proposal development for USAID and MCC opportunities, as well as positions related to marketing and proposal writing for international operations. Prior to CDM Smith, Laura served as a Marketing Coordinator at URS Corporation. Academically, Laura holds a BA in Psychology from Ithaca College and furthered education at the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
