Mike Chang

Mike Chang is an experienced professional in sustainability, energy management, and engineering, currently serving as the Sustainability and Energy Program Manager at CDM Smith since March 2021. In this role, Mike has spearheaded a comprehensive sustainability initiative for C&C Honolulu, focusing on the transition to renewable fuel vehicles and carbon neutrality. As Operations Manager at Hein & Chang Investments since April 2017, Mike manages multi-family rental properties in San Francisco, leveraging technology to enhance leasing models and operational efficiencies. Previous roles include Program Manager at Bright Power, Inc., where Mike led a portfolio of energy savings retrofit projects, and various engineering positions at Chevron and ENGIE, managing complex projects and performance contracts. Mike holds a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from UCLA and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Washington.
