Philip Hecht, P.E., BCEE is currently a Client Service Leader and Pre-Treatment Technical Resource Group Leader at CDM Smith, a position held since 2011. Previously, Philip served as Vice President at CH2M HILL from 1999 to 2009 and held various roles including Sr. Project Engineer at Malcolm Pirnie and Sr. Project Manager at Gannett Fleming. Philip has also been a Project Director at Woolpert and worked as a Water/Wastewater Administrator for Chesapeake Public Utilities. Philip earned an AAS in Theatre from the American Academy of Dramatic Arts and holds both a BE in Civil Engineering and an ME in Environmental Engineering from Manhattan University.
