Sandy Kutzing, PE, PMP, has extensive experience in civil and environmental engineering, currently serving as the Lead and Copper Strategy Leader and Project Manager at CDM Smith since October 2005. Prior roles include Water/Wastewater Engineer at CDM Smith and Civil Engineer at Greeley and Hansen from May 2002 to October 2005. Previous experience also includes work as a Research Assistant at the University of Washington from 2000 to 2002. Sandy holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Washington.
