In addition to this role, Rico has been a Senior Project Manager with an NPO since January 2021 and founded indicon in 2010, specializing in automation and technical consultancy. Previous positions include Senior Program Manager at BCi Digital, Technical Consultant/Solution Architect at Talpa, and Senior Technical Project Manager at Jet-Stream, focusing on CDN projects. Rico's diverse background spans roles in operations management, sales, and fitness training, underpinned by a strong educational foundation in IT and management disciplines, including certifications in Scrum and Prince2.
