Yaroslav started their career at Orange Business Services, where they served as the Head of the Service Creation Department from 1996 to 2005. During their tenure, they played a crucial role in providing communications products and services to multinational corporations.

Afterwards, Yaroslav joined Alcatel as a Services Account Manager from 2005 to 2006. There, they focused on developing sales and marketing strategies for Alcatel services distribution in the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) region. Yaroslav also handled the installation and maintenance of Alcatel equipment at customer production sites, as well as offering value-added services like consulting and outsourcing.
