Nazia Shahrin

Nazia S. currently serves as Vice President of Architecture, Data Governance & Data Protection at Fidelity Investments since January 2023. In addition to this role, Nazia S. is an Adjunct Professor at the University of Toronto, teaching courses on Data Governance and Digital Transformation for the Masters of Information program. Previous experience includes positions at Amazon as a Product Manager focusing on Associate Experiences, and at RBC in various senior roles related to Data Strategy, Governance, and Digital Transformation, managing significant portfolios and spearheading critical initiatives. Nazia S. also served as a Board Member for Social Planning Toronto and is a member of the Global Editorial Board for CDO Magazine. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Information Systems Design from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, specializing in Software Engineering.
