Mary Tingle

Mary Tingle has provided the extensive financial experience to CDO Technologies for over 18 years. Ms. Tingle has served as the Staff Accountant, Assistant Controller, and is currently in the position of Controller. She is responsible for managing the accounting department, the successful coordination, and passing of financial and government audits, as well as ensuring the company’s books are kept in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Procedures (GAAP) and Cost Accounting Standards (CAS).

Mary Tingle offers her expertise in accounting, and finance, and is able to control and supervise all financial operations. She is experienced in negotiating contracts and leases, establishing vendor/supplier relationships, developing new sites, establishing start-up procedures, and setting up accounting systems. Ms. Tingle offers over 40 years of financial experience.

Prior to joining CDO, Mary provided her expertise to Copeland Corporation (Emerson Electric) where she served as the Internal Auditor and as a Cost Accountant & Purchase Analyst. While at Copeland Corporation she established an efficient and effective procedure for credit and collections, as well as created and implemented a productivity model which was utilized throughout this multi-unit, global compressor manufacturer.

She also held the position of General Accountant with the Marine Corps Air Stations Department of Defense in Cherry Point, NC, where she was responsible for the preparation of general accounting entries, ledger and journal postings, accounts payable and receivable, and preparation of financial statements. Ms. Tingle served as a Coal Broker Accountant at Johnson Energy Company where she was responsible for the preparation of financial statements, payroll, accounts payable and receivable, and billing. Later she held the position of Controller for Accent Hair Salons, a hair salon franchise, where she managed the Accounting and Administration of up to 17 locations spread out over the U.S.

Ms. Tingle also had the opportunity to own her own business and was the President and Owner of Hair Salon Management Systems Inc. for over 5 years before joining the CDO team. Mary received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, majoring in Accounting from the University of Dayton.
