Michelle Santo

Michelle Santo has over 35 years of experience in human resources and purchasing, currently serving as Human Resource Manager at CDO Technologies, Inc. since July 2022. Prior to this role, Michelle spent nearly 18 years at SelectTech Services Corporation in various positions including Director of Purchasing and Assistant HR. Michelle's career began as a Legal Assistant at a law office from 1987 to 1998. Academic credentials include a BA in Human Resource Management from DeVry University, earned between 2006 and 2010, and an Associate's degree in Business Management from Ball State University's Miller College of Business, completed from 1984 to 1987.
