Vimal Balsara

Vimal Balsara is an accomplished human resource professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and strategic workforce planning. Currently serving as the Head of Human Resource and Administration at CDP India Pvt. Ltd. since January 2016, Vimal has successfully led the talent acquisition strategy for various domains, building a high-performing in-house team while managing external recruitment vendors. Prior to this role, Vimal was the Senior Manager of Human Resources at Indsur Global Limited, where leadership encompassed the entire HR lifecycle for over 300 employees, and served as Head of HR & Administration at Konark Group of Companies, managing HR functions for over 700 employees across multiple locations. Vimal holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from the University of Mumbai and a Bachelor's degree in Science (Chemistry) from the same institution.
