Hongwei Zhang

Hongwei Zhang has over 10 years of work experience, with positions in various companies. From 2012 to 2014, Zhang worked as an Examiner at the Office of the NYS Comptroller Thomas P. DiNapoli. In 2014, Zhang joined The Arc of Rensselaer County as the Director of Finance, where they remained until 2021. Currently, Zhang is working at Consumer Directed Choices, Inc., where they held the position of Director of Operations from 2021 to 2022, Vice President of Operations from 2022 to 2023, and currently holds the position of Sr. Vice President of Operations.

Hongwei Zhang holds a Master's Degree in Computer Information System from Boston University and a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Business Administration from University at Albany, SUNY. They also have additional certifications in areas such as Certified Management Accountant, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification, and SHRM - Certified Professional.
