Katherine Riley

Katherine Riley, LMSW, CCM, currently serves as an Outpatient Social Work Care Manager at CDPHP since January 2023. Prior experience includes working as a Medical Social Worker at Albany Medical Center, where roles ranged from the Department of Neurology and Neurosciences to various positions in the Float Pool and General Medicine. Katherine also held positions at Peaches Cafe as a Server and completed internships at organizations such as New York Oncology Hematology and Independent Living Center of the Hudson Valley, Inc. Educational qualifications include a Master of Social Work from The College of Saint Rose, a Bachelor of Science in Social Work from The College of Saint Rose, and an Associate of Science in Human Services from SUNY Schenectady County Community College.
