Santhanu Sasidharan Nair completed their education in a chronological manner. Santhanu started their education at Christ Nagar EHS, where they obtained their SSLC (Secondary School Leaving Certificate) in the field of Science from 1992 to 1998. Santhanu then attended Government Arts College from 1998 to 2000, where they earned their Pre Degree in Science.

In 2000, Santhanu Sasidharan Nair joined Cochin University of Science and Technology, where they pursued a B.Tech degree in Electronics and Communication. Santhanu completed their B.Tech in 2004.
