Nancy Parsons is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership and organizational development. As the Chief Executive Officer of CDR Companies since September 2020, Nancy co-founded CDR Assessment Group in 1998 and CDR-U in 2019, subsequently merging both entities to create CDR Companies, LLC in 2021. In addition to serving as President of CDR Assessment Group, Inc. since its inception, Nancy is an Executive Coach with The Alexcel Group, focusing on talent development. Previous roles include founding CDR-U, LLC to advance AI coaching technology, and serving as Vice President of Marketing & Customer Education at Hogan Assessment Systems, where Nancy played a key role in establishing the first executive coaching certification program. Early career positions include Senior OD Consultant at Williams Energy and President of GREATer EXPECTATIONS, alongside significant experiences in human resources as Corporate HR Director at Sun Pipe Line Company and ER Representative at Cordero Mining Company. Nancy holds degrees in Management and Human Resources from Eckerd College and Neumann University, and completed education at The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
