With certifications from Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching and recognized as part of the largest executive coach network in the world, Sonsoles brings a wealth of knowledge in leadership character assessment. Additionally, experiences include positions in sales and business development within the hospitality industry, complemented by a strong educational background featuring an MBA from City University of New York-Baruch College and a BA/MA in Political Science from Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
