Wayne Swinehart

Wayne Swinehart is an experienced operations and project management professional with a diverse background in engineering and management across various companies. Currently serving as Operations Manager at CDR Companies since June 2023, Wayne previously held the position of Senior Project Manager and PA Office Manager at Sidock Group, Inc. from December 2020 to June 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Project Delivery Engineer, Project Manager, and Civil Supervisor at Royal Dutch Shell from April 2011 to July 2020, Branch Manager at URS Corporation in early 2011, Central PA Regional Manager at Penn E & R from November 2009 to February 2011, and Project Scientist at MACTEC from November 2000 to June 2009.
