David Weaver

Mr. David Weaver has over 15 years of professional experience in the disaster recovery arena. Responding to over 20 disasters across the nation, his experience encompasses direct Debris Management, including the management of debris operations, oversight of TDSRS, and Debris disposal as well as Project Worksheet development. Mr. Weaver has written and/or supervised hundreds of Project Worksheets in all categories of work and exceeding $1 billion in recovery for state and local municipalities.

Mr. Weaver most recently has served as a Senior Cost Recovery Specialist performing extensive QA/QC reviews and overseeing the Category A and B Project Worksheet development for Collier County (Hurricane Irma 2017) in which debris removal exceeded $100 million and Bay County, FL. (Hurricane Mathew 2018) which is estimated at $400 million. He has also worked on several closeout teams in multiple states and is well versed in the QA/QC of FEMA eligibility documentation. Mr. Weaver served in the Arkansas Army National Guard. FEMA Certification/Training includes ICS 100, 200, 300, 400, 700, IS-801 ESF#1 – Transportation, and G-300 Intermediate Incident Command System for Expanding Incidents.
