Orla Beggs

Ms. Beggs joined CD&R in 2020 after advising the Firm for 16 years. She is responsible for leading human resources at the Firm, as well as driving people and organizational related initiatives aligned with value creation at portfolio companies. Ms. Beggs continues to be involved with the CD&R HR Council to coach and mentor CD&R portfolio company HR leaders. Her demonstrated thought leadership and passion for diversity and inclusion supports the Firm’s strong commitment to DE&I. Most recently, Ms. Beggs was a partner at PwC where she led a consulting practice that specialized in value creation through a people and organization lens. She spent the early years of her career as a pensions actuary and subsequently specialized in optimizing the human capital aspects of deals.
