Helen Gammons

Helen Gammons holds an MBA and is currently the Chief Executive Officer at Creative Dynamics Rights Management since August 2023. With a rich background in the creative industries, Helen co-founded Rotolight in January 2010, where the role of COO & Business Affairs Director involved overseeing operations, financial performance, and patent management. Helen has also contributed to the educational sector as Vice Principal and Dean of the Business School at the Academy of Contemporary Music, and as Programme Director at Henley Business School, where initiatives included launching an MBA for the creative industries. Previous experience includes CEO of Sync In The City, Creative Director at Avex Inc, and advisory roles at Ashridge Executive Education.
