Matt Creasey is an experienced IT and transformation specialist currently serving as the IT Carve-Out Programme Director at Cleanova since April 2024. With a background in independent consulting through MIOC Consulting, where responsibilities include M&A advisory, digital transformation, and CIO services, Matt has demonstrated expertise in business process efficiency and technology strategy across various sectors. Previous roles highlight significant contributions as an Interim M&A Programme Director at Proteus, IT Carve-Out Program Director for Heubach, and Global IT Strategy Lead for Wella Company. Additional roles include serving as a Non-Executive Director and Interim Board Chair at CDS Co-operatives. Matt holds a BEng(Hons) degree in Civil Engineering from Nottingham Trent University and has a comprehensive background in IT governance, vendor management, and organizational analysis.

CDS Co-operatives
CDS is a charitable community benefit society and registered social landlord. Our mission is to make co-op and community led housing mainstream, so that more people can shape the things that matter to them at home, in their neighbourhood or community. We provide, support and promote a range of social, co-operative and community led housing. We directly own around 900 social rented and low cost home ownership homes throughout the South East of England and we aim to work in a collaborative and empowering way with our residents. We are the largest co-op management services agency in our region, working with more than 35 housing co-ops to provide a range of landlord and business support services so that our clients and their members can thrive whilst remaining fully independent. We also invest some of our surplus each year in promoting growth and innovation in the sector so that more CLH homes can be created.
