Martin Nash Msc

Martin Nash MSc CISSP has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Martin is currently the Head of Cyber Security & Information Assurance (CS&IA) Services at CDS Defence & Security since January 2020. Prior to this role, they worked as a Principal IA Consultant at Ascentor Ltd from December 2017 to January 2020.

In 2017, Martin took a brief break from their career to transition back to the UK. Before that, they held the position of Director of Information Security at EagleBank from February 2015 to October 2017.

Martin's earlier experience includes being the Director and Co-Founder of SpheriCore Ltd from May 2009 to May 2015. Martin also served as an Information Security Consultant at HMG from 2006 to 2014, and as an Information Security Practitioner at Capgemini from July 2009 to August 2010.

Before transitioning into the field of information security, Martin worked in various roles in different companies from 1999 to 2006. Martin started their professional career in the Royal Navy as an Intelligence and Operations Manager from February 1986 to December 2006.

Martin Nash MSc CISSP completed their Master of Science (MSc) (Dist.) degree in Computer Security and Forensics from the University of Bedfordshire. Martin attended the university from 2009 to 2012. Prior to their higher education, Martin attended Thetford Grammar School from 1978 to 1982. Martin completed their primary education at Abbey Farm from 1971 to 1977.
