Monica Swannie

Monica Swannie (James) has extensive experience in the property development and operations sectors, currently serving as Development Manager and formerly as Property Development Coordinator at CDS Development since July 2018. Prior roles include Operations Associate at Catalyst Commercial, Associate at Rubicon Representation, and Marketing Director at Henry S. Miller Brokerage, where work spanned from 2013 to 2018. Additionally, Monica gained valuable experience through internships at HAVANA BLUE and Allen Wranglers Indoor Football, as well as serving as an Agent Assistant at George James- Lemon's Team Realty and an Assistant at Cruise Planners. Monica holds a degree from St. Edward's University, attended from 2009 to 2013, after graduating from Melissa High School in 2009.
