Marc Francisco is vice president of product management at CDS Global with a focus on subscriptions, payments, customer care, business intelligence and new product development.

Francisco works closely with CDS Global clients and prospects to understand their strategic objectives, ensuring that CDS Global’s products closely align with their plans and goals.
Francisco has been with CDS Global since 1987, serving in various roles within operations, customer service, product fulfillment and information technology, where he served as the lead product architect. In this position, he was instrumental in developing CDS Global’s holistic single customer view for omnichannel customer service, as well as leading the creation and implementation of solutions allowing for complex systems integrations with CDS Global clients and their partners.
