Dustin Wood

Dustin Wood has extensive experience in logistics and training management, currently serving as the Training Manager at CDS Logistics Management Inc. since October 2018, where responsibilities include overseeing the content creation team, data analysis, field trainers, and management of the LMS system. Prior roles at CDS include Field Training Manager and Territory Manager, focused on training facilitation and agent performance improvement. Previously, at Forward Air Corporation from August 2006 to October 2018, Dustin held multiple positions including Operations Manager, Warehouse Manager, Assistant Warehouse Manager, and Router, where responsibilities ranged from compliance management of contractors to routing and scheduling logistics operations across various territories. Dustin attended Wake Technical Community College.
