John has strong leadership skills, showcased by their role as the Plant Manager at Zep Inc. / AMREP acquisition in 2012, and as the Corporate Manufacturing Director and General Manager at Lifoam Industries from 2009 to 2011. John also has vast experience in the paint industry, having worked as the Regional Director of Operations - Mid Atlantic at Sherwin Williams from 2006 to 2008, and as a Plant Manager at DAP Inc. / RPM from 2004 to 2006 and Sherwin Williams from 1997 to 2004. Additionally, they served as the Director of Customer Service at Krylon Industrial in 1997.

John Dubots has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Loyola University Maryland. John also holds Master Certificates in Lean, Six Sigma Black Belt, and Certified Project Management from Villanova University. Additionally, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from the University at Buffalo. John also has a NYS Regents degree from Portville Central School. In terms of certifications, they have achieved the Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification from Villanova University in March 2009.
