Rebecca Rowland has extensive experience in customer service and office management. Since September 2017, Rebecca has worked at CDS Logistics Management Inc., focusing on customer service. Prior to this role, Rebecca served as the Office Manager at Harbor Physical Therapy from February 2014 to September 2017, where responsibilities included overseeing doctors' schedules, reviewing insurance policies, and preparing insurance claim forms. Rebecca holds a Bachelor's degree in History from Ashford University, completed in 2013, and graduated with an Honors High School Diploma from Patapsco High School and Center for the Arts in 1999.
