Janani Seshadri

Janani Seshadri has worked for a number of companies in various roles. Janani began their career in 2006 as a Management Intern for Acer, where they conducted market research on the "Brand Awareness" of Acer laptops for the Indian market. In 2007, they worked as a Project Consultant for SUPERVALU, designing the branding strategy and structuring the roll out plan for their media and communication strategy. In 2008, they assumed the role of Business Operations Manager for WILLS LIFESTYLE-ITC, where they were responsible for supporting the company's growth objectives by maximizing sales and controlling expenses at the retail level. From 2012-2016, they worked at Bankbazaar.com as an Asst. Manager - Business Operations and Partner Management and an Operations Analyst, where they conducted data mining, created sample Executive Dashboards, analyzed data on critical business drivers, and developed relationships with commercial and non-commercial accounts. During this same time period, they also held roles as a PM Analyst for Commvault, a Project Manager and Manager, Project Management for CDS (Catalog Data Solutions, Inc.), and an Intern - Business/Project Operations for Adcuratio and a Business Development Intern for VentureOut. In 2017, they joined CDS Visual, a Dover company, as an Operations.

Janani Seshadri has an extensive education history. Janani obtained a B. tech in Electronics and Communication from Pondicherry University between 2002 and 2006. Janani then went on to earn their Masters of Business Administration (M.B.A) in Marketing from Ohio University between 2006 and 2008. Janani also took a Certification Program and Project Management course at UCSC Silicon Valley Extension between 2015 and 2016. Additionally, they have obtained three certifications: Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from the Scrum Alliance in January 2019, Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute in August 2016, and Project and Program Management from UCSC Extension Silicon Valley in July 2016.
