Jana Mazalkova

Jana Mazalkova is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of the Human Resources Department at Centrum dopravního výzkumu, v. v. i., since February 2012. Responsibilities include collaborating on implementing a new human resource development strategy, overseeing personnel processes, facilitating employee recruitment and onboarding, leading a scientific mentoring program, and enhancing internal communication and organizational culture. Previous roles include Personalistka, where Jana focused on employee contracts, evaluations, and benefits management, and Marketing Specialist, responsible for event marketing and corporate communications. Earlier experience includes positions at Unicorn as an Employee Support Assistant and at IMI Precision Engineering as an Administrative Assistant, alongside part-time roles in marketing at McDonald's. Jana is currently pursuing an MBA in Human Resources and holds degrees in Czech language and Art Education from Masaryk University and Mendel University in Brno.
