Amanda Franck

Amanda Franck is an experienced professional in customer success and service management, currently serving as Senior Manager, Customer Success at CDW Canada since August 2018. In this role, Amanda leads the development of a Customer Success program focused on service transition and customer adoption of services, while also working on a renewals program linked to managed services. Prior to CDW Canada, Amanda held various managerial positions at Scalar Decisions and Bell, and extensive experience at Q9 in service delivery roles. Amanda began her career at Guess? Canada Corporation in sales and visual merchandising. Amanda holds education credentials from Ryerson University and the International Academy of Design and Technology.
