Dan Michaud

Dan Michaud currently serves as the Senior Manager of National Operations at CDW Canada, a role held since February 2018, where oversight of infrastructure and security event management, incident resolution, and change control is provided through a specialized technical support team. Prior to this, Dan held several leadership positions at Long View Systems from September 2010 to February 2018, including Team Lead for both the Global Service Desk and Network Operations Centre, emphasizing operations management and coaching for service desk analysts. Dan started as a Systems Consultant, focusing on user support and knowledge base contributions. Dan holds a Computer Systems Diploma in Information Technology from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology, earned between 2008 and 2010.
