Randy Harris

Randy Harris serves as the Vice President of Program Management, Capture, and Services Delivery at CDW-G since November 2014, directing strategic initiatives including the Decennial Device-as-a-Service program for the US Census Bureau. Prior roles include Vice President of Operations at Merlin International, where responsibilities encompassed program management and performance reporting, and Sr. Director of Programs at General Dynamics Information Technology, overseeing a significant subcontract for the National Passport Information Center. As Executive Director at Vangent, Harris managed key programs for the Veterans Affairs and the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid, and held various leadership positions fostering operational excellence in both US and UK markets. Earlier career experience includes senior roles at SAIC, BTI, Hughes Aircraft Company, and Raytheon, focusing on contracts and procurement.
