Christine Baillargeon

Christine Baillargeon is a seasoned sales manager with extensive experience at CDW since June 2013, where roles have included Manager of Sales Capability and Sales Trainer. Baillargeon leads a high-performing team, driving training and development aligned with sales strategies while collaborating with instructional design to enhance the curriculum. Previous experience as an Account Manager involved consulting for small to medium-sized businesses in Wisconsin and Michigan, managing a significant book of business, and partnering with major technology providers such as Microsoft and Cisco. Prior to CDW, Baillargeon served as a Reading Teacher at Lake Zurich CUSD 95, focusing on guided reading instruction and data analysis for student growth. Baillargeon holds dual Bachelor’s degrees in Elementary Education and Teaching from Illinois State University.
