Liz Cramer

Liz Cramer, PTA, RAC-CT, serves as the Chief Post-Acute & Senior Care Strategist at CDW since July 2021, previously holding the position of Post-Acute Care Director. Cramer has extensive experience in leadership roles, including Regional Vice President at HealthPRO Heritage, where oversight included 15 skilled nursing facilities and key performance metrics to drive financial and operational goals. Cramer's background in business development and consulting is highlighted by positions at TMC: Therapy Management Corporation and Therapy Partners Consulting, focusing on market expansion and departmental efficiencies. Earlier roles as Chief Operating Officer of Therapy Partners LLC and Regional Director at Select Medical Rehab Services provided foundational experience in managing rehab departments across multiple facilities. Cramer holds a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology from Bowling Green State University and an Associate's degree in Physical Therapy Technician/Assistant from Rhodes State College.
