Aude Perdereau is an experienced project leader and research scientist in molecular biology and genetics, currently serving as the project leader for the France Génomique infrastructure at CEA since November 2017. Aude's work focuses on enhancing French research capabilities in genomics and bioinformatics. Prior experience includes managing a high-throughput sequencing lab at Genoscope, contributing to the human genome project and leading environmental genomics initiatives. Aude has held various research positions in notable institutions such as Teagasc and Trinity College Dublin, where projects included allele frequency studies in ryegrass and chloroplast sequencing. Aude holds a PhD in Molecular Biology from Trinity College Dublin and a Master's in Agricultural and Horticultural Plant Breeding from Bordeaux Sciences Agro.
