Clarisse Uwizeye

Clarisse Uwizeye is a skilled scientist currently serving as a Postdoctoral Scientist at the Commissariat à l'Energie Atomique et aux Energies Alternatives, focusing on machine learning applications for cellular compartment classification and developing transfer learning strategies in 3D electron microscopy. Previously, as a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Institute for Advanced Biosciences, research centered on machine learning algorithms for tracking T. gondii and establishing a 3D analysis to study its invasion mechanisms.
