Dick Heslinga

Dick Heslinga is an experienced leader in the fields of photovoltaic technology and semiconductor manufacturing, currently serving as the Director of Industrialisation Solar Road at CEA-INES since September 2007. In this role, Dick oversees the strategy and execution of industrializing application-specific photovoltaic panels for solar road projects. Previous positions at CEA-INES include Director of Strategic Marketing PV Industrialisation and Director of LabFab HJT, focusing on the development and production qualification of high-efficiency solar cells. Prior to CEA-INES, Dick held various leadership roles at Philips Semiconductors, where responsibilities included directing process and design R&D for advanced CMOS technology nodes and managing high-volume production of key technologies. Dick's academic credentials include a Ph.D. cum laude in Experimental Physics/Applied Physics from the University of Groningen.
