Hugo Bufferand

Hugo Bufferand is a passionate scientific researcher currently working as a Chercheur scientifique at CEA - Commissariat à l'énergie atomique et aux énergies alternatives since 2015. A graduate of ISAE-SUPAERO with an Engineer's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Hugo also holds a PhD in Plasma and High-Temperature Physics from Université Paul Cézanne. With expertise in high performance computing applied to Nuclear Fusion, Hugo has completed various internships, including ones at Yale Engineering and Microturbo, and has contributed as a postdoctoral researcher at CNRS and CEA. They thrive in international environments and embrace challenges related to complex systems.
