Laurent Disdier

Laurent Disdier has extensive experience in research and development, particularly in the fields of strategy and marketing at CEA, where involvement spans from September 1995 to the present. As Deputy Director for Industrial Partnerships, Laurent Disdier focuses on building R&D partnerships to promote advanced technologies for Industry 4.0, covering areas such as sensing systems, robotics, digital engineering, cybersecurity, and data science. Leadership roles include managing a division of 150 personnel dedicated to sensor technologies and overseeing 80 individuals in instrumentation. Previous experiences include roles as a research engineer at Photonetics and as a cooperant at CERN. Laurent Disdier holds a PhD in Photonics from the University of Paris 11 and an engineering degree in Instrumentation from Grenoble INP - UGA.
