Marc Plissonnier is the Head of the Energy Electronics & Sensor Systems Department at CEA, with extensive experience in the research industry. They have a proven history in areas such as Thin Films, R&D, Materials Science, and Nanotechnology, and hold a PhD in Microelectronics from INPG. Prior to their current role, Marc worked at CEA from 2009 to 2020, where they led various projects including the development of GaN components and renewable energy technologies, and served as a metal technologist at Applied Materials from 1995 to 2001.
