Philippe Carles has extensive experience in the energy sector, currently serving as an International Collaboration Officer at CEA - Commissariat à l'énergie atomique et aux énergies alternatives since 2017, where responsibilities include managing bilateral collaborations and preparing meetings for the Chairman with foreign counterparts. Prior roles at CEA include Program Manager for External Applications, where a $50M annual budget led to a 25% program increase and oversight of a significant R&D team.
