Nikki Bruckmann

Nikki Bruckmann is the Senior Global Operations Manager, working closely with CEA’s Program Directors, Enrollment, Academic, Program Development, and Custom Teams aligning processes, enhancing systems, and the student experience.

Nikki has over 12 years of experience in higher education. After conducting her own research abroad, Nikki taught Cultural Anthropology at the university level for many years and co-founded a local non-profit in the Indianapolis area serving after-school programming for middle and high school students around social justice issues. Thereafter, she spent over 9 years at the Institute for Study Abroad (IFSA) in Enrollment, leaving her role as Director of Student Engagement overseeing admissions, pre-arrival, alumni, and specific strategic initiatives. At IFSA she developed a passion for curating the student experience. Her professional work experience focuses on building academic enrichment, intercultural learning, and inclusive excellence.
