Jeremie Salomon

Battery Storage Research Engineer at CEA Tech

Jeremie Salomon is a seasoned battery storage research engineer at CEA Tech since December 2009, specializing in R&D project management within process and materials engineering. Salomon possesses extensive expertise in electrodes formulation, manufacturing processes, cell prototyping, and electrochemical analysis for lithium-ion batteries and emerging battery technologies. Prior to the current role, Salomon worked as an R&D engineer at CEA Tech from 2008 to 2009, focusing on fuel cells for electronic devices, and contributed to technology transfer for micro-fuel cell manufacturing processes. Between 2007 and 2008, Salomon was involved in automotive applications of fuel cells at Pragma Industries and UPPA, developing gas diffusion layers for new PEMFC architectures. Earlier experience includes R&D work on alkaline fuel cells at CEA Tech and a Ph.D. in polymer and composite chemistry from CNRS, where Salomon synthesized proton exchange membranes for PEMFCs.
