Joost Klaassen has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Joost began their career as an Allroundmedewerker at Plantenkwekerij Leo Ammerlaan B.V. in 2013, where they worked until 2017. Joost then joined Sickboards as an Allroundmedewerker from 2017 to 2020. During this time, they also served as a stagair at Dutch Innovation Systems from February to June 2020. In 2020, Joost took on the role of Floormanager at Metaalwinkel BV until March 2023, where they also worked as an Allroundmedewerker from July 2020 to April 2022. In September 2021, they became an Afstudeer stagiair productontwikkeling at TheNewMakers, until March 2022. Currently, Joost works as a Customer Support Engineer at CEAD Group starting from March 2023.

Joost Klaassen pursued their Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design or Industrial Product Design at Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences. Joost attended the university from 2016 to 2022.
