Jacob George began their work experience with CEAT Limited in 2007 as a Chief Manager-Projects (Technical) and remained in this role until 2010. Jacob then became the General Manager - Product Management from 2011 to 2012, where they oversaw the development of various product groups and strategies for both Indian and international markets. Following this role, Jacob George became the Vice President - Product Development (R&D) in 2012.
Jacob George completed their Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Bangalore University, where they studied from 1980 to 1984. In addition, they have obtained several certifications in critical thinking, design thinking, customer service, designing emotion, and graphic design from LinkedIn in 2020.

Its scooter tire range includes Gripp and Zoom D. Its car tire range includes BT, Czar AT, Czar HT, Rhino and Rhino TQ. It offers Buland and Buland Mile XL RIB for LCVs.
