Jayant Bharadkar

Jayant Bharadkar is an experienced professional in plant maintenance and engineering, currently serving as Manager of Plant Maintenance & Projects at CEAT Limited since January 2015. Previous roles at CEAT include Manager of Mechanical Maintenance, focusing on mixing, calendaring, extruding, and assistant management positions in engineering and production, where responsibilities included safety monitoring, resource scheduling, production efficiency improvements, and preventive maintenance. Prior to CEAT, Jayant worked at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company as a Trainee Engineer in Utilities. Jayant holds a PGDOM in Operations Management from Symbiosis Institute of Operations Management, a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from MIT, and a Diploma in Automobile Engineering from MSBTE.
